Katie McCarthy, director of the Disciplinary Comprehension Lab, received the 2020 Amy R. Lederberg Award for Outstanding Research in Educational Psychology. This award was established by Dr. Carol Springer Sargent to honor her dissertation chair, Dr. Amy R. Lederberg. The award is given to a new faculty member to support the development of their research agenda and recognize research-related accomplishments.
